Step 3: Run the CET manually
Once you have the CET installed on your SQL Server, the next step is to load data into the tables and run the CET stored procedures.

Write data into the measure table
Write your measure data into the measure table InputMeasureCEDARS after first deleting any preexisting inputs. For smaller data sets using an insert into command works fine; for larger data sets using a faster bulk insert can be strategic.
Write data into the program cost table
Write your program cost data into the program cost table InputProgramCEDARS after first deleting any preexisting inputs. For smaller data sets using an insert into command works fine; for larger data sets using a faster bulk insert can be strategic.
Invoke the CET calculations to run
EXECUTE.dbo.RunCET
@MeasureTable = 'InputMeasureCEDARS',
@ProgramTable = 'InputProgramCEDARS',
@MEBens = 0.00,
@MECost = 0.00,
@SourceType = N'CEDARSDatabase',
@AVCVersion = '2026',
@FirstYear = 2026,
@IncludeNonResourceCosts = 0; You want to set the AVCVersion and FirstYear parameters to what you want for your run. The FIrstYear must be equal to or earlier than the first year in your measure and program cost data inputs.
You may change the market effects (MEBens and MECost) to 0.05 instead of zero.
Note: Claim data are run with 0.05 market effects; budget filings are run with zero.
Do not change the MeasureTable, ProgramTable, SourceType, or IncludeNonResourceCosts parameter settings.
Access your run output
The output of your CET run will be available in the tables
SavedCE
SavedCost
SavedEmissions
SavedSavings
The JobID in those tables for your output records will match the JobID reported to you when you invoked the RunCET stored procedure.
