What’s New: CET 2032–2033 First Year, Budget Filing RIM Alignment, CET Input File Sorting
1. CET 2032 and 2033 First Years Added
The Cost Effectiveness Tool (CET) now supports 2032 and 2033 as first year options.
This update was made to support the upcoming ESA Application, which covers program years 2028–2033.
2. Budget Filing – RIM Calculations
The Budget Filing dashboards now use the same RIM calculation as CET for 2026 onward.
Calculation:RIM = elecben + gasben + waterenergyben + otherben + BillIncrElec + BillIncrGas / RIMCost

3. CET Output – Input File Header Order
The inputs.csv file within the CET output ZIP is now sorted to match the order of the inputs originally uploaded by the user.
