Claims Submission Rules Updated - Exempt deemed measures with dates earlier than 1/1/2024

Deemed Claims Exemption Adjustment: Added and Claim.xxxDate is after 12/31/2023 to Claims Date fields.

  1. Deemed Claims Before 1/1/2024:

    • Claims with dates earlier than 1/1/2024 will now be accepted, even if they reference restricted permutations.

    • This ensures backward compatibility and supports 2024 reporting compliance.

  2. Enforced Restrictions for eTRM Versions Dated 1/1/2024 or Later:

    • Starting 1/1/2024, restrictions will only apply to claims referencing eTRM versions dated 1/1/2024 or later.

    • Claims with dates on or after this threshold will be subject to the updated rules, ensuring adherence to the latest standards.
