Archived 2028–2031 Budget Filings now downloadable from the Data tab

The original 2028–2031 Budget Filings were replaced after corrections on the avoided cost data for the 2026 program year in the CET database. The original filings are now available to download for reference, along with the other archived Budget and Application Filings, on a new Archived Budget Filings page.

What's new

• A new See Archived Budget & Application Filings link on the Budget Filing card of the Record-level Data page

• A new Archived Budget Filings page listing every archived filing, each marked "Superseded by newer submission" with its archive date:

  • 2024-2027 Application Filing (archived 2023-09-26)

  • 2026-2027 True-up Budget Filing (archived 2025-08-20)

  • 2028-2031 Budget Filings (archived 2026-09-03): all four years in a single ZIP

• A See Current Budget & Application Filings link to go back to the current filings

What changed

The 2024–2027 Application Filing and 2026–2027 True-up Budget Filing used to be listed among the current filings on the Record-level Data page. They've moved to the archive page so the current filings are no longer mixed with older versions.
