The MeasDetailID value list sourced from eTRM contains many millions of records. To reduce list size and improve performance, records are currently filtered to exclude options with a start date after <code>12/31</code> of the claim year.

As a Program Administrator (PA), I want to select and submit <code>2026</code> as a Funding Cycle value so that Claims can be reported for the 2026 funding cycle. Update the Funding Cycle value list in Claims Specification Add new allowable value: - <code>2026</code>

This popped in my head and want to capture it here.With prior year measure package versions being allowed based on the savings date field, CEDARS needs to allow prior year value list values in these cases. To me the cleanest way is if, for deemed measures, the SavingsDate field is used to compare against the value list, but open to other solutions.

Claim Spec – Add all new CET outputs to database table

Across statewide and local dashboards. <ul><li>RIM Improvements: Updated calculations to better handle fuel substitution and rate data for CET avoided cost versions 2024 and 2026, applying the correct year of rates.</li><li>The CET will sum UnitTaxCredits values with other benefits in the TRC calculation to reflect the way IRA credits have factored into potential and goals research.</li></ul>

As an evaluator for the CPUC, I need to run evaluation data updates through the CET. However, this requires that the CET for that year be available with the correct specification and other database requirements. Alternatively, we need an efficient way to run CETs for prior versions. It needn’t be in production; at this stage we need the most straightforward pathway.If CET access needs to be limited in scope, then we can provide you with the year(s) for which we need access to an old CET version. Program Administrators need the ability to remove previously submitted <code>ParticipantCount</code> records in cases where overriding the data is not sufficient. Currently, validation rules do not allow <code>ParticipantCount</code> values of 0, preventing the removal of records through a new upload. Update the <code>ParticipantCount</code> submission process so that each new Participant table submission replaces any previously submitted <code>ParticipantCount</code> records. Only the records included in the latest submission would be retained.

In preparation of the 2025 Annual Report, an error in RRN 2025 budget values was identified. Unfortunately, the entered RA portfolio budget ($6,174) and CS Portfolio budget ($131,806) should be switched. The total 2025 budget remains the same. Would it be possible to switch these values in CEDARS? Also, for Annual Report submittal, is there anything additional we should note? We will report the correction within the workbook and narrative.

This item has been discussed with Amy Reardon and Pam Rittelmeyer. AVA’s program is closing out in May 2026 and to meet future reporting requirements and to align with a past program budget change, 2023-2025 total budget amounts will need to be updated. We are preparing new files to upload the data and will need to schedule time to make the updates, preferably before the upcoming Annual Report (4/15) deadline. It is also important to note AVA was previously called EBCE in 2023.

Schedule CEDARS Budget Filing Correction for AVA (EBCE)

Resolution E-5442 approved PCE to Elect to Administer for a total of $2,974,494 from August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2028. These budgets are not currently reflected in CEDARS but PCE is reporting expenditures via CEDARS. PCE would like the budgets reflected in CEDARS to avoid the appearance of overspend.

Corrections were originally scheduled for this week (February 23rd) to fix an accounting error in the TCR-Res-002: Multifamily program. Our team has discussed with Amy and Jennifer and they are good with the planned reschedule. Corrections will still occur in Q1 2026 and the website tool tip does not need to be updated.
