With the SW fundshifts happening, we’ll need the SW fundshifts in the individual. But, for the program dashboard it looks like only the current months changes are showing up instead of YTD. Having the program detail match the Sector dashboards is essential for us to confirm our shifts are done right.

I guess I had only looked at the summary dashboard by Sector. The YTD Fundshifts or all the SW budgets aren’t appearing in the monthly program dashboard.

Hi @GGolden42, I’ve put a fix for this on cedars-3, could you check that the fund shifts are appearing properly now?
I had to guess from your ticket but assumed you were talking about the YTD fund shifts in the Confirmed Monthly Report Program Summarytable on the SCE monthly reports confirmed dashboard. In addition, the Revised Operating Budget column in this table now reflects new values with the YTD fund shifts taken into account.
If the values look incorrect there or anywhere else please let me know and I’ll take a look. Thank you!

@GGolden42 Thank you for confirming. I did a little digging into why this value was incorrect in the first place and it appears that the metadata spec for monthly reports requires that users submit the YTD fund shifts in the MonthFundShifts field, not the individual month’s fund shifts. This dashboard table then pulls the YTD value from the current monthly report upload rather than showing a sum of all the fund shift values reported throughout the year.
Since this is the case I’m going to revert the change I’ve made to cedars-3 and not move forward with this fix. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
