2023 Claims Specification

Table Structure Changes

CEDARS Simplified the claim table structure to five required relational tables: Claim, ContactClaim, ProgramCost, Measure and Site. The Measure and ProgramCost table uses the same specifications as the CET and budget filings. Claim reporting fields are consolidated into a single Claim table.

ADD RULE


Validation was added that restricts Negative IMC on the 2nd baseline (when RUL > 0).

  • The CET validation had recently removed this item; this change would make the validations consistent.

  • At least one active deemed measure includes negative IMC for the 2nd baseline cost.

Value Lists Changes


All DEER value lists use dates instead of years.
