Table changes

• Measure table field "PA" renamed to "IOU_AC_Territory".

• Allow alternate field names to be submitted in data inputs.

  • “PA” is allowed to be submitted as an alternate field name to “IOU_AC_Territory”

  • “ClaimID” is allowed to be submitted as an alternate field name to “CEInputID”

Value list changes

• Added climate zones 6 and 8 to SDGE Avoided Cost Combo

CET Calculation Changes

• Allow 40 year EULs

• Add MiscBens and MiscCosts to cost effectiveness calculations

• Fix a bug in dual baseline calculations for fuel substitution and new construction-all electric measures.

• Validation rules removed from Measure.UnitTherm1stBaseline and

  Measure.UnitkWh1stBaseline and guidance is updated in the CET User Guide.
