Claim.NMEC_TU_Flag

Added flag field to identify whether the Claim represents a True-Up for a Normalized Metered Energy Consumption (NMEC) project. Set it to true if the Claim reflects adjusted savings based on post-implementation performance data.

SEM_Phase value-list

SEM staff requires PAs to track Transition Year (T) and 2 years of Grad Program (G) claims. We added the following new options to the SEM_Phase value-list to account for tracking these claims:

  • SEM Program Cycle T, Reporting Period T, Program Year 7

  • SEM Program Cycle G, Reporting Period 1, Program Year 8

  • SEM Program Cycle G, Reporting Period 2, Program Year 9

  • SEM Program Cycle G, Reporting Period 1, Program Year 7

  • SEM Program Cycle G, Reporting Period 2, Program Year 8

Validation Changes

Claim.NMEC_TU_Flag validation

  1. Claim.NMEC_TU_Flag is populated when Measure.MeasImpactType contains 'NMEC'.

  2. Claim.ParentClaimID is required when Claim.NMEC_TU_Flag equals true.

CHANGED

Old:

Measure.RUL_Yrs is greater than 0 when Measure.MeasAppType equals 'AR' and Measure.MeasImpactType does not equal 'Cust-NMEC-Pop' and Measure.MeasImpactType does not equal 'Cust-NMEC-Site'.

New:

Measure.RUL_Yrs is greater than 0 when Measure.MeasAppType equals 'AR' and Measure.MeasImpactType does not start with 'Cust-NMEC'.

Data Processing Updates

SavingsDate

New output field SavingsDate was added that identifies the date used for validation for deemed claims. This is available in Download Claims Input on the active dashboards and Record-level Measure Input and Cost Effectiveness Output download confirmed dashboard for claims

Upload Validation

The upload Claims validation improved to indicate empty columns that are causing upload errors.

Upload ProgramCost Data Separately

Added the ability to upload ProgramCost data separately from other claims-related data for local claims so that Program Administrators can organize and prepare submissions more efficiently and in advance of final claim submissions.
