CET avoided cost data correction
DNV identified an issue in the date shifting methodology used to produce the 2026 avoided cost data and produced a corrected set of DEER load shape based avoided cost data.
The development team ran some quick early look comparisons for ED staff.
IOUs have rerun their 2026-27 budget filings and provided summaries.
CCA/RENs are rerunning their 26-27 budget filings now; the dev team will produce comparison summaries for ED staff

CET Electric Cost Effectiveness Output Day Shifting Correction Update
The CET currently contains a known issue in the day-shifting calculation logic that has impacted electric cost effectiveness outputs since its release in August 2025.
The issue impacts the following ELECTRIC cost effectiveness outputs:
TSB
TRC
PAC
RIM
SCT
The issue does not impact:
Savings outputs (
kW,kWh,Therms)GHG outputs (
CO2,NO2,PM-10)Gas cost effectiveness outputs
The Energy Division is currently working with the PAs and consulting teams to finalize and test a correction. At this stage, we anticipate an update release within the next week.
Additional communication will be provided as testing and release timing are confirmed.
