CET Electric Cost Effectiveness Output Day Shifting Correction Update

The CET currently contains a known issue in the day-shifting calculation logic that has impacted electric cost effectiveness outputs since its release in August 2025.

The issue impacts the following ELECTRIC cost effectiveness outputs:

• TSB

• TRC

• PAC

• RIM

• SCT

The issue does not impact:

• Savings outputs (kW, kWh, Therms)

• GHG outputs (CO2, NO2, PM-10)

• Gas cost effectiveness outputs

The Energy Division is currently working with the PAs and consulting teams to finalize and test a correction. At this stage, we anticipate an update release within the next week.
