SCE did not get any allocation for the SW_CSA_Appl program. We should have received 36.29%. Is there something on our end that didn’t allow for the allocation

@JakeRichardson We’ve re-uploaded and allocated the Statewide 2027 Budget Filing submissions, and from our checks everything appears to be working as expected. Could you please review the 2027 allocations on your end to confirm?
In the meantime @GGolden42 , we’re investigating the missing SW_CSA_Appl program for SCE 2026. I’ll be reopening Statewide 2026 Budget Filing submissions to allocate again.

The program level “download summary button” here isn’t producing the data (it stops after a few columns) so I can’t pull it into excel to run our analysis. 2027 PGE Budget Filing Dashboard - CEDARS
We did confirm our 2026 allocations were looking as expected using the same button.

A. 2027 Local PA Dashboard Downloads These should now be showing all columns as expected. Please feel free to resume your checks.

B. Missing Program (SW_CSA_Appl) This program is now appearing on the SCE local dashboard. Earlier in the day, the tables weren’t displaying correctly, even though the program was included in both the download and the “remove program” list. The download fix that Sky implemented also resolved this display issue.
That said, we want to be cautious to avoid this surfacing in production, we’ll be adding extra testing to the matview refresh work already underway.
Please resume any checks for 2026 and 2027 Budget Filing allocations and let us know if you see anything else amiss.

For 2027 - the CE data flag is false even though there is CE data. I’m assuming that has something to do with what Gabrielle did to rebuild it, but it should be true for the programs with data.

We have a fix working in cedars-2 and cedars-3. I’ve verified it on cedars-3. The flags that were previously showing as false in the PGE dashboard (when they should have been true) are now correctly displaying as true.

One thing to note is that I had to resubmit and allocate Statewide to see the fix reflected. Uploading a CEI file may also refresh the table and display the corrected flags.
Could you please confirm whether cedars-2 is now correctly showing these flags for the 2026 and 2027 local dashboards?

All of my flags were showing properly when I processed my CEDARS-2 filings today.
We allocated SW for 2026 and 2027 budget filings this morning, but 6 hours later no allocation data is in my local dashboard.

@jake.richardson@pge.com we should have the SW Allocation resolved for you shortly in production. The fix we implemented on CEDARS-2 and CEDARS-3 hadn’t yet been deployed to production, as it was still in the final stages of review. Sorry for the delay in getting this out. I’ll merge this ticket, as the issue will be resolved once that work is complete.

No worries. I’m OOO until Tuesday after today, but please keep the other IOUs in the loop so they can get their SW results in Prod.
