Avoided cost combination rejected

I was trying to run a CET for SEM projects and received the following ACC error. However, based on the ACC valuelist downloaded from the CEDARS website, the following combinations appear to be valid, so I’m wondering if there was a system update.

Message

["Values = ('8', 'Misc._Commercial', 'Commercial Whole Building', 'SCE') are not allowed for AvoidedCostCombo."]

["Values = ('9', 'Misc._Commercial', 'Commercial Whole Building', 'SCE') are not allowed for AvoidedCostCombo."]

["Values = ('13', 'Misc._Commercial', 'Commercial Whole Building', 'SCE') are not allowed for AvoidedCostCombo."]

Select user type
PA ordinary
