The link to the BFDR archive on Files.com is very slow to respond

If you go to https://cedars.cpuc.ca.gov/filings/list/ and click on “Archived Reports” under “Budget Filing Detail Report” the link spins for a long time (minutes) before the spreadsheets are shown.

The long term fix for the recurring Files.com issues is to save the files ourselves in CEDARS. It would be smaller effort and a big win for system maintenance.
