SW Allocation to IOUs Appears Incorrect

Using SW PLA as an example, the SDGE allocation of TSB in the record level CET download is 0.09395. On the SW dashboard program level the allocation is 0.80089. The allocation table for 2024 shows SDGE’s weighted allocation should be 0.0992. See attached spreadsheet for details. It appears all other SW programs also have this type of issue.
