SW Program Primary Sector download

• Program tab: Downloaded summary data includes program summary with SDG&E SW program IDs with total matching the primary sector total.

Should this be a list of all IOU specific program IDs with their respective allocated portion instead?

• Program Primary Sector tab: Downloaded summary data does not include the portfolio ‘all sectors’ total. Also, the downloaded file has a prefix of 2023 instead of 2024.
