Statewide Confirmed Dashboard tables don't populate until the PA local claim is confirmed
The Statewide Confirmed Dashboard tables only populate once the PA local claim is confirmed, whereas we would expect them to populate after Statewide Confirm & Allocate.

@cedars team This is a follow-up to my email correspondence with subject line “
[CRITICAL] 2024YR SW C&S missing from Confirmed Claim Summary”. I had successfully tested the fix in cedars-3 on 5/5 and the test results looked good to me. Please provide an ETA to deploy the fix into production. This is required ASAP since PG&E must finalize the annual report for internal management review. Thank you for your support and understanding.

UAT was completed on 4/4 in cedars-3. 2024 YR Statewide Confirmed Claim Summary does not appear to be updated. Primary Sector/Program Summaries are showing the same results as SW Q4 results in production. Details are attached. Please advise.

As of EOD 4/3, PG&E is unable to complete testing. We are not able to confirm & allocate, as one of the IOUs is yet to confirm.

Test Steps:
Submit a Statewide Claim
Confirm & Allocate Statewide
Navigate to the Statewide Confirmed Dashboard.
Expected Result:
The submitted statewide claim should now appear on the confirmed dashboards.

We propose to have this work in staging Monday morning next week (3/31) for PA testing as they prepare the 2024YR claim submission.
