Reported Incentives not Appearing in Program Savings and Costs table on Program Page

I want to point out that, on some Program pages, when viewing the Program Savings and Costs table for a given year, it appears that the claimed incentives (whether reported through ProgramCost or Measure) are reported at 0s, even though incentives may have been reported for that program. I am seeing this with MCE01, which shows 0 incentives in the Claim (through Whole Year 2023) column despite reporting

$246,274.419 in incentives for PY2023.
