Starting in 2024 (using the 2024 Avoided Cost Version of the CET) all CO2 values will already be in metric tons. So, no conversion is needed for gas CO2. Please confirm and update claims program segment summary table results for First Year and Lifecycle CO2 accordingly. This must have already been taken care of for budget and application filing.
