Program Pages are not showing claims actuals for 2023 & 2024

On each individual pages the claims actuals are no longer populating for years past 2022 in the Program Savings and Costs section at the bottom.

2022 example:

PA-specific Program - PGE_Res_002d details for the 2022 budget filing - CEDARS (sound-data.com)

2023 example:

PA-specific Program - PGE_Res_002d details for the 2023 budget filing - CEDARS (sound-data.com)

    This work is up on staging Cedars-2. Please check that the numbers look right and that it's good to be deployed to production. I've done spot-checks with a handful of programs using the confirmed claims program summary and comparing what we show in the programs module.

    @Sonja I tested the latest fix in cedars-2 for two programs - PGE_Ind_001a and PGE_SW_NC_Res_electric and the results looked good to me. “Program” page summary matches the Confirmed Claim Summary “Program” results for PY2024 and PY2023, as expected. Thank you!

    @Jennifer Scheuerell I got asked today by another department when this bug would be fixed so they could see their program’s summary on these pages. Any update?

    @Jake Richardson Can we solve this problem at a higher level by integrating with the data tab? Would you be open to other solutions?

      @sshkolnikov I would need to understand what your alternate solution was. I do like be able to see a summary of the activity on the program’s page, and I’m not sure what challenges we are running into where we were able to do it for 2022 and prior but can’t anymore.
