Missing DEER Measure IDs in CEDARS

We have some claims with measure SWWH025-10 that contain the correct DEER Measure IDs, as documented in eTRM. However, these values are currently not in the CEDARS value list and will fail validation.

For reference, below are the IDs we've inputted:

  • RE-HPWH-FS-rep30g-50g-MDHI-3.75UEF-240V 

    • RE-HPWH-FS-rep40g-50g-MDHI-3.75UEF-240V

    • RE-HPWH-FS-rep50g-50g-MDHI-3.75UEF-240V

    • RE-HPWH-FS-rep40g-65g-MDHI-3.30UEF-120V

    Thanks for flagging this, and sorry for the validation headaches it's caused.

    The development team has looked into this on the CEDARS side, and I want to share what we found before passing it on for more investigation:

    • Confirmed the overnight sync for the DEER value lists completed successfully.

    • Checked our main database directly and confirmed the four DEER_MeasureID's you listed are not there.

    • We connected directly to the DEER database to look up the IDs but couldn’t find them.

    Based on this, it looks like these measure IDs may not currently exist on the DEER side, even though they're documented in eTRM for SWWH025-10. This suggests a possible misalignment between eTRM and DEER rather than a bug in CEDARS's sync process.

    I'm escalating this to @chau.nguyen on the eTRM team to confirm whether these IDs have been published to DEER yet.
