This measure was able to sync now (after blank permutations were resolved). However, now the correct Standard TechIDs are not being synced now. The old techIDs: RE-dxGF_eq-GasFurnace-AFUE67-NoFanPower-11.0-EER, RE-dxHW_equip-Boiler-AFUE84-FC-11.0-EER, RE-dxHW_equip-Boiler-AFUE84-Radiator-11.0-EER are synced. However, the new techIDs should be: RE-dxGF_eq-GasFurnace-AFUE67-NoFanPower-13.1-EER, RE-dxHW_equip-Boiler-AFUE84-FC-13.1-EER, RE-dxHW_equip-Boiler-AFUE84-Radiator-13.1-EER. I can confirm the measure was rebuilt with these new tech IDs before this measure was synced in CEDARS. Could you please help me determine what could be the issue?

Hi @amarquez it looks like SWHC044-08-draft has had additional issues at the sync level due to it giving us NULL UEC proportions.
UEC proportions are required to run the calculations.
At the moment we are implementing a fix where CEDARS will skip over problematic measure packages so we continue to sync the others, so the data will need to be fixed on the eTRM end.
The more ideal solution is that we want to display to user what and why Measure Packages were excluded from the sync, but will need the ticket I shared to be made a development priority.

Hi @amarquez,
We checked the eTRM database for measure package SWHC044-08-draft and we're seeing that this package has a start date of 2026-01-01. Currently, we’re only pulling draft measure packages with start dates of 2028-01-01 and onwards, which may explain why the measure is not appearing in the drop-down list.
Once this change has been made, you can expect to see it available in the drop-down tomorrow morning, following the overnight sync.
