Link Expired - Confirming email address after registration

Upon registering for a CEDARS account, I received a confirmation email and request to verify the email address with a link. Immediately after clicking on the link, upon receipt, I was served an error message that the link had expired. I believe this message is delivering in error as all of the actions were executed within a 5 minute time period.
