IP Template update needed

When going to a program to update an IP, there is an option to download the summary template and guidance document, and those documents are outdated and need to be updated.

    The fix is now available on cedars-2. Could you please verify that the correct template is displaying? Once confirmed, we’ll move it to production.

      @cedars teamHi,

      The IP Template Guidance has been corrected to the new one so that is perfect.

      We still need the change summary template to be updated as well. Once that is done, we’re set.

        @SSprague just to clarify is the summary template “Appendix D: Guidance for the Implementation Plan Change Summary Form” from the same file “Implementation Plan Template Guidance”?
