Investigate Missing Avoided Cost Combo SWHC006

Srushti Koli reported that after uploading new load shapes for SWHC006, CET runs are failing because certain avoided cost combinations cannot be found.

It’s confirmed that the corresponding load shape files were included in the upload and processed in CEDARS. However, the expected avoided cost combinations do not appear to have been generated or made available to CET.

This issue prevents users from completing CET runs and creates uncertainty regarding whether uploads have processed successfully.

    Since the eTRM sync issue was resolved and new data was pulled into CEDARS, we are now seeing the small differences in UEC values for these permutations on our side. We are awaiting confirmation from Srushti that it is resolved.

    Currently under investigation: It could be that the UEC values for the measure and base case were equal, which means the math in the impact profile calculations would have had a division by 0.
