Amy received an error when attempting to follow a CEDARS Claims notification link to reopen a PA submission. The issue appears similar to the known Monthly Reports bug where the system fails if more than one reopen request is made at the same time. This may be an edge case related specifically to the PA TCR, but the behavior should be addressed to avoid user confusion and ensure proper functionality.
