Error page when attempting to Unconfirm SW Claims in Staging

Description:
When attempting to unconfirm Statewide (SW) claims in Staging, the system throws an error page instead of processing the request.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in as either:

   • PA Admin on the SW Active dashboard, or

   • CPUC Admin on the SW Confirmed dashboard.

2. Attempt to unconfirm a SW claim (e.g., via this URL: Staging Link).

Expected Result:
SW claim should be unconfirmed.

Actual Result:
An error page is displayed.
