Discrepancy between the active claim summary dashboard and the downloaded summary

Cedars: Additionally, there seems to be a discrepancy between the active claim summary results displayed on the dashboard and the downloaded summary from CEDARS (screenshot attached below).

While the dashboard results are as expected, the downloaded summary appears to be incorrect.

Due to these issues, I am unable to finalize the QC of PG&E claims on Cedars-2 or Cedars. I am planning to confirm claims in production, with the hope that I can use the production results to finalize PG&E claims.
