[CRITICAL] 2024YR CEDARS results not reflecting SCG SW cost changes

Hi CEDARS Team,

As you may be aware, SCG re-opened SW claims yesterday (5/19) to submit revised program costs for three of their SW programs. Below image shows  summary of changes from SCG:

Following SCG’s confirmation of SW claims yesterday (5/19),
1) Program cost changes are not reflected in the SW program summary results https://cedars.cpuc.ca.gov/claims/statewide/confirmed-dashboard/ as expected. Current functionality refreshes the SW dashboard only after all IOU’s confirm their PA claims.

2) Program cost changes are also not reflected in PA record-level CET output results https://cedars.cpuc.ca.gov/claims/confirmed-dashboard/
I confirmed PG&E’s PA claims earlier today (5/20). The record-level results still show the previous confirmed results from 5/15.

We are using record-level-measure-input-and-cost-effectiveness-output-download.csv for the annual report. It’s crucial to have the record-level results accurate currently. Please advise.
