Claims SCG Q4 confirmed dashboard TSB wrong

Data is not populating correctly in the confirmed dashboard and Claim record-level download after YR was accidentally uploaded, cancelled, Q4 reopened and new data uploaded and confirmed.

E.g. Claim YTD TSB should be around $200,000 but is showing less.

    For more context, attached (in different tabs) is the list of Program level TSB and claim IDs that have missing data in CEDARS but are present in the CEDARS extract we uploaded.

      The non UTF-8 character was removed from the StdDesc in ClaimID SCG-2025-SCG3910-12163560-6183292. Quarterly files for only this claim were created and uploaded to CEDARS under 2025YR. See Upload ID 693. These files were verified to be UTF-8. The upload was successful. The CET was run. The CET input and output files were downloaded from the Active Dashboard. The claim is in the input file but it is still missing in the output file. The Measure.csv file was updated to the CEDARS CE Tool format. The files ran successfully in the CEDARS CE Tool with the ~$1.9M TSB matching the TSB in the SCG Reporting Warehouse. SCG needs further support from the CEDARS team on this one. Thanks.

        @sacharya @ecorona2 Hello, thank you for resubmitting this claim last week. We saw that the CET successfully ran that one remaining claim and we’ve now rerun the CEDARS-side processes that required that step. The confirmed claims dashboard for SCG is now showing a total TSB of ~$201M and ClaimID SCG-2025-SCG3910-12163560-6183292 is now reflected in the program summary and included in the CE output downloads on the dashboard, as well as in the record-level downloads in the Data tab. Please check the previous discrepancies in production and let us know if the values now match what SCG is expecting. If anything still looks incorrect, please let me know and we will continue investigating. Thank you for your cooperation and patience!

    The team is still actively diagnosing the issue. At this stage, it looks like the CET has been rerun correctly and all materialized views, claims data files, and reports have been refreshed as expected. However, the SCG TSB is still showing at $190M, which suggests something else may be driving the discrepancy.

    We’re continuing to investigate and will share an update as soon as we have more clarity.

    Hi @sacharya we may have located the issue. The SCG 2025 Q4 confirmed claims dashboard is now showing $199M on cedars-3, could you let us know whether this is the value your team is expecting to see?

    We’re still in the progress of refreshing the record level data downloads to reflect these additional claims, which should be completed shortly.

    Hi @sacharya, I just wanted to follow up and let you know that we were able to rerun the CET on most of the Q4 claim IDs that were missing from the confirmed claims dashboard. The SCG Q4 TSB is now $199.8M on production, please double check that this is closer to what SCG is expecting to see.

    We discussed this at yesterday’s dev demo, but there is one claim that the CET did not accept when we reran the Q4 claims, with ID SCG-2025-SCG3910-12163560-6183292. The uploaded file associated with this claim contained a non utf-8 encoded character that seemed to cause an issue when sent to the CET server. If it’s possible, could your team please isolate just that single claim, confirm that the std_desc column doesn’t contain any non utf-8 characters, and then upload a clean file containing just that claim on cedars-3? No need to include the other 600k claims as it’ll take much longer to run. Let me know when you’ve done so or if you have any questions, and thank you for your patience while we investigate this!

      Sorry, I just noticed that the last local claim upload for SCG on production appears to be the corrected claim for that claim ID. If that’s the case, can you confirm if the total on production, $199.8M, is what you were expecting to see for TSB? Thank you!
