CEDARS Record Level Data Resides on Different Server

Hi CEDARS Team,

Our Program Ops team is attempting to download record level data from the following module in CEDARS.

https://cedars.cpuc.ca.gov/reports/record-level/SDGE/

We can successfully retrieve all Budget Filing data for every filing with the exception of the following:

• 2024-2027 Application Filing

• 2026-2027 True-up Budget Filing

SDGE Cybersecurity is blocking the links to these files with the following message “The web application you are trying to access is being blocked because it violates company policy”.  When I investigated this further, I noticed that the URL source is different for these two and start with the following:

https://edcentralserver.files.com/f/

Whereas everything else that we can access without issue start with the following:

https://cedars.cpuc.ca.gov/reports/download-record-level-report/sdge

Is there any reason the two sources being blocked on our side reside on “edcentralserver.files”?

And, could this be moved to “cedars.cpuc.ca.gov”?

This is a time sensitive request since our filing due date is around the corner.
