CEDARS Q4 2025 Uploads taking 6+ hours

We tried to upload the Q4 2025 data to CEDARS staging and production yesterday. The uploads are taking over 6 hours.

    It looks like Q4 has been submitted on cedars-2 and production. I’m closing this ticket since it appears to have been resolved. Please let me know if this is not the case.
