Hi @mendotagroup could you provide me a screenshot of what you see when trying to access that link, and the browser that you are using?

The link worked fine on my end, so we need some more information to troubleshoot.

    Thanks,

    Sonja

Thank you for the response. I’m using Safari on a Mac. It doesn’t load … progress bar slooooowly crawling across page. Since you identified the browser as a possible issue, I tried with Chrome, and it worked fine. Wait, hold that thought. It HAD loaded in Chrome but when I returned to the page, I got this. I was initially alerted to the issue by a colleague who couldn’t download using Windows / Edge. He, too, couldn’t access it.

Thanks, the error code 5 and extra details give us a place to start. Here are some things you can try. Let me know how it goes!

        • Open a Private or Incognito Window: Try the URL there. If it works, an extension or old saved data is causing the crash.

        • Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Delete the saved data for cedars, then reload the page.

        • Turn Off Hardware Acceleration: Go to your browser’s settings, switch off Hardware Acceleration, and restart the browser.

        • Disable Extensions: Turn off your browser add-ons (especially ad blockers or security tools) one at a time to find the problem.

        • Disconnect VPNs or Proxies: These temporary network connections can interfere with how pages load data.

        • Restart Your Device: A quick restart clears memory problems that can cause browser tabs to crash.

Update: 1. Safari is biggest problem (doesn’t load the page). I have other browsers, so nbd. 2. However, while Windows Edge works best, all seem to show the attached error when after clicking “Download this Data”.
