The SW 2025Q4 data was confirmed in CEDARS on 2/13. When will the 2025Q4 SW data be included in the 2025 record level data available to download from CEDARS? What triggers an update to the CEDARS record level data download?

    Self service download of CET inputs and outputs for Statewide Programs

    Statewide Program CET inputs and outputs — prior to allocation — are currently available only to the Lead PAs and to the CEDARS team. It would be beneficial to make these available to additional parties — PAs who are not Lead for a certain SW Program, ED staff, evaluators. Perhaps additional tables can be created and added to the Record-level tables on the CEDARS Data Tab, so that interested parties can download as needed?

    Statewide record level data becomes available after local is confirmed, but it is called out that there is a need for this data to be available after Statewide is confirmed. Development team to look into adding that trigger.
