Self service download of CET inputs and outputs for Statewide Programs

Statewide Program CET inputs and outputs — prior to allocation — are currently available only to the Lead PAs and to the CEDARS team. It would be beneficial to make these available to additional parties — PAs who are not Lead for a certain SW Program, ED staff, evaluators. Perhaps additional tables can be created and added to the Record-level tables on the CEDARS Data Tab, so that interested parties can download as needed?
