2025 Claim Spec Testing - Claims not showing up on Active Dashboard
While testing in SW the submission SCE_2025_QT_003_Corrected_Issues.xlsx #54 had a message stating that there were 4 table warring errors. And the Upload Summary - 54 indicated that all records were accepted, however they are not in the 2025 Statewide Active Claim Summary Program Report.

As for the second part, I wasn't able to identify any missing data on the Active Dashboard > Program Summary. The programs from your upload (
SW_IP_Colleges,SW_ETP_Elec, andSW_WP) were all present in the table when I checked.Could you provide a bit more detail about what you were expecting to see? Otherwise, we may need to retest with a fresh clone to the testing environment to rule out any inconsistencies.

It may require resetting with a fresh clone. I am suspecting that submissions before the Run CET button has been pushed may not show up, and that once the Button is pushed for the first time subsequent submissions do show up. Sorry - not really sure.

I uploaded file SCE_2025_QT_005__004_wi_3_PrgCost.xlsx Run # 15 and was able to see my Data in the Active Dash Cost and Savings report, but the Program Report is empty.

I’ve tested this again for local SCE, and the ProgramCost only uploads are not populating the Program Input table. I’ve created a new dev ticket to fix this.

I believe we’ve resolved the issue that was preventing programs from individual
ProgramCostuploads from appearing in the Active Dashboard. You can see our test data now reflected on cedars-3.Please feel free to test with your own uploads and let me know if you run into any further issues.

I believe there may have been two separate issues here. One with 4 erroneous table waring errors (which seems to be fixed) and the and the other with a successful upload, but no data showing up in the Active Dashboard Program report. (which still seems to be a problem). Please let me know if I am missing something or you need more information.

@scefalletta Thanks for catching that it’s not working on Statewide. We had it fixed locally, so with that piece in place, this one hopefully won’t be too much trouble. I’ll let you know as soon as it’s ready to test.

@scefalletta I was unable to test this before Claims 2025 was rolled out into production, did you see the same problem with your Statewide 2025Q1 uploads not appearing on the active dashboard?

I’m not sure. But I did realize that programs may not be showing up when there are only placeholder records and no Project with savings or incentives. I am pretty sure that this is no longer an issue I sent data to Testing under Local PA (SCE) and there was no problem. If Production works like Testing, we are good.
