2024YR SW Submission allocation has been processing for hours

PG&E reopened 2024YR claims submission on June 16th to submit SW C&S measure description nomenclature updates in response to feedback PG&E received from CPUC’s evaluation team.

Claims were successfully submitted and confirmed. However, the statewide submission allocation has been processing for several hours since 3 pm on 6/16.

Could you please check the status of the allocation process and provide an update? Thank you.

    We’ve stopped the run, but it is not yet ready for claims resubmission. We have some data cleanup to do first and are working on a plan for that.

    Good morning!
    I will be cloning to staging shortly to test the fix for this problem.
    Once I have that squared away, I will proceed with updating production data.
    There are some post-processing tasks required that can take a few hours to run; I will update here as we work through those.

    Hi @Gabrielle Roth SW C&S batch uploaded on 6/16 included only changes to measure description nomenclature. There should be no changes to energy savings and the expenditures from the annual submission shown below. Thanks.

    Thanks, Roopa! I downloaded the measure descriptions still on production and what’s been updated on staging (cedars-2), then compared them to your upload file. staging (cedars-2) has the correct measure descriptions.

    I’ve attached the data just in case you want to double-check.

    I will check for a quiet time on production and roll the data fix out.

      Actually, Roopa, I’ve realized I need your help with the update.

      I have to do some updates to the data first, and then I need to confirm & allocate. If I do the confirm and allocate step, an email will go out saying something like “gabrielle_testing confirmed Statewide claims” which I think would raise some eyebrows.

      We’d have to coordinate closely to do this to get everything in the correct order; can you help me with this or is there someone else I can work with?

      I know it’s getting late on a Friday - just let me know what your scheduling is like. (Monday is fine too if that’s better.)

      Edited to add: it would take 20-30 minutes, and most of that would be spent waiting for me to do the initial data update.

    Afternoon update: I have uncovered another issue while working on this that may need to be corrected first. I will keep you posted. I’m hoping to have this fixed in staging by this evening.

    Evening update: I have a working mitigation up in staging; however I realized I should have asked for some comparison data of any values that were supposed to change. My cursory visual checks of the confirmed dashboards match what we have in production now.
