Upload for custom impact profile unexpectedly froze

During UAT, Jake from PGE might have hit a bug in the 8760 upload process that I haven’t been able to duplicate. His feedback said “I had one attempt where the profile never read the uploaded file's values. I was not able to go back and pick a different one, nothing would happen. It doesn’t appear to have saved the profile though.”
