Updates on record-level data
Once record-level data is uploaded is it ever updated? For example, I see the 2025 record-level data just got uploaded, is that going to get updated later in the year, since 2025 is not over? Have other files been updated after they have been posted?

If you’re referring to record-level claim data, here’s how you can check the latest submissions:
View Confirmed Submitted Data: Go to the All Confirmed Claims Dashboard. From there, click a PA’s name to see their confirmed dashboards and review what has been submitted.
Download Record-Level Files: You can also download record-level data for each PA that has submitted using this link, filter by the PA you wish to download:

Will the data be updated? Yes. Record-level data reflects year-to-date claims and is updated as PAs submit additional claims or make revisions. Updates typically occur with quarterly submissions and at year-end true-ups when final adjustments are made.
