Update Table On CET Run Page With 2024 Avoided Costs (CET 2026 version)

The table on the CET run page has not been updated with the 2024 Avoided Costs (CET 2026 version). This is creating confusion among the third-party implementers who need to run the CET with 2024 ACC values. It is a priority to update this table as soon as table.
