Unexpected Total Gross Savings Errors Causing all Claims records to be Rejected

This is urgent because, I cannot see why these claims are being rejected and it will apply to SW claims also.

I submitted it to both Testing and Staging, and got the same results from both systems:

claim.total_first_year_gross_kwh - ERROR: "One or more savings fields are missing, so savings can't be calculated."

It seems to me that something has changed regarding the way CEDARS is calculating the following.

• claim.total_first_year_gross_kwh

• claim.total_first_year_gross_therm

• claim.total_lifecycle_gross_kwh

• claim.total_lifecycle_gross_therm

• claim.total_first_year_gross_kw

• claim.total_lifecycle_gross_kw

They are all erring out on all records.

I have confirmed that I am sending numunits, IR, RR, unitkWh1stbaseLine etc, and EUL_Yrs.
