Make the tooltips on user-defined data page easier to use

When hovering over the tooltips on the User Defined Data tab, under the “Measure” category of selectors, the cursor starts behaving weird and the actual text box containing the info never shows up.

    Here is a screenshot of the behaviour I’m seeing with the Use Category info tip.

    The info tip should appear to the right of the icon so it doesn't cover the text.
