We are planning a meeting for Monday 3/17 2:30PM. Prior to this, ITSD has requested that you send the string for DKIM record.
ITSD: “We need to talk to vendor and app support person. Any email from third party (in this case AWS) to represent as the email from cpuc.ca.gov needs to go through authentication process, otherwise, it will be treated as spam emails because original source is not from CPUC but from AWS.”
