Statewide Monthly Report Fund Shifts for 2025YR
SDGE’s financial team plans on submitting a fund shift between programs in the 2025YR SW Monthly Report.
This will be the first time that a fund shift was uploaded for Statewide programs.
Will the fund shift get allocated to the other utilities, similar to the expenditures?
The monthly report allocation code and fund shifts will be allocated using the weighted factor.
We’d like to test the above before the SW 2025YR Monthly is due April 17th

Hello,
I am getting error messages when trying to upload the SW fund shift for 2025YR. I’ve added the columns, but it still will not upload. What am I missing?

Hello @cedars team, during our Dev Demos meeting on 4/22 it was reported that SDGE and SCG had completed their monthly uploads to cedars-2 to test SW fund shifts.
I followed up with SDGE Reporting this morning, and they confirmed they uploaded their data and confirmed the SDGE SW submission in order to test the allocation. However, we have not seen data uploaded to cedars-2 by the other IOUs.
To confirm everything is behaving in CEDARS, I believe we need all IOUs to upload their data and confirm the SW submission in order to test the allocation.
Can we move this ticket out of “Complete” status so testing may continue and we can confirm everything is allocating as expected.
Our initial checks in production where all data was uploaded/allocated show that while fund shift dollars were allocated to SDGE’s monthly, the percentage doesn’t match the percentage shown on the ‘Allocation Factors’ table.
