Statewide Module Implemented With CET

As a PA

I want to have the statewide module implemented with the CET user interface

so that PA's can track TSP Goals.

Identified and requested by PG&E.

Per the 10/3 ADP meeting, additional notes about this request:

• When PGE gets the CET forecast for state line programs and when they’re doing their internal forecast to assess if they will make their goal, they have to manually allocate that to just the PGE portion.

• They’re wanting to get allocated outputs from the CET for the statewide programs.
