Schedule CEDARS Budget Filing Correction for AVA (EBCE)

This item has been discussed with Amy Reardon and Pam Rittelmeyer. AVA’s program is closing out in May 2026 and to meet future reporting requirements and to align with a past program budget change, 2023-2025 total budget amounts will need to be updated. We are preparing new files to upload the data and will need to schedule time to make the updates, preferably before the upcoming Annual Report (4/15) deadline. It is also important to note AVA was previously called EBCE in 2023.

    To clarify, these will be updates to the CEDARS budget filing data for PY 2023-2025, and not a correction to the claims for these years.

    Hi Kristin,

    Thank you for your patience. Since this is budget filings we can reopen those budget filing years so that you can re-upload the corrected data yourselves. We’re investigating the changes to the CET since 2023 so we can determine if we can run your resubmission through the current CET version. We also need to coordinate with PCE as they are also resubmitting corrected budget filing data but for more recent years and we can only open one set of years at a time. We’re planning to check in on this ticket during the dev demo this afternoon if you are able to make it.

    We are going to run a test on staging cedars-2 or testing cedars-3 with 2023-2025 budget filing years set to see how well the resubmission works with CEDARS as is.

    Files should use the latest spec.
