Run CET page layout improvements

Can we improve the page layout to sort out the following:

• Will the CET Versioning table fit over on the right to avoid “below the fold” scrolling if possible.

• On smaller screens the column break points cause the labels for 1. Set the CET run parameters selection inputs to go across two lines.
