Request for Primary Sector Update in CEDARS

Hi CEDARS team,

We need to update the primary sector for ‘SCG3829 EE Marketplace’ from Residential to Cross Cutting. We noticed that this field is locked by default in CEDARS. Could you advice if it's possible to make changes now and what the implications of this change might be?
