Reporting for Q1-Q3

Hello, since our REN was not approved until late Sept 2024, we had been told reporting would open starting in Q4. However, CEDARS is requiring us to upload Q1-Q3 2024 claims before we can upload Q4. Is it possible to have it set up for us to start with 2024Q4? Or do we just need to upload dummy data and 0 expenses for those previous quarters? Thanks! Patricia
