Remove the review step "Approve 2024 Budget Filing" button

Remove the "Approve 2024 Budget Filing" button. Once the budget data passes quality checks and is marked as complete, it should automatically be considered accepted and "Approved," eliminating the need for Amy to approve each filing manually.

    I’m not sure where this landed; I do want the status and approval functions removed, but at this point it might be better for the modernization effort?

      I’ve added “Modernization” as its own status and applied it to this ticket. Modernization is now a separate list visible on the Annual Development Plan Roadmap.

    Cancel the Budget Filing for CleanPowerSF for 2027.

    Ask PCE to complete their 2024 budget filing.

    We can relabel the statuses to be more like Claims

    1. In Progress

    2. Submitted


    Still requires an approval. Approval should reference the advice letter, but this should not hold up data being published on the dashboards.
